WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (Jan. 14, 2008) – The World Championship of the 2008 Little League Baseball World Series is scheduled for Aug. 24, and there is no better way to enjoy the game than by being at the game.

Little League Implements Regulation to Protect Pitchers Arms
Little League has become the first international youth baseball organization to institute a pitch count to protect pitchers arms. Extensive information on the new regulation, taking effect in the 2007 regular season, can be found here. Theres lots more info to come this fall, including advice on the best ways to put the regulation into effect, and the care and conditioning of pitchers arms.
