Attending meetings helps to structure how the league operates. Please plan on attending and help make the upcoming season a success. At this board meeting we will be discussing the 2009 Budget, Open Board Positions, and any other items to help make the 2009 season a successful season.

Open Board Member Positions...
There are open Board Member Positions needing to be filled. The league runs solely on the assistance of volunteers and if you have ever thought of helping now is the time. Even if you do not take a Board Member Position help is needed in many areas. It takes many hands to make the league operate and provide a successful season for the boys and girls who participate.

Vice President of Baseball
Assisting with the Schedules

New for the 2009 Season....
The board has already started planning for the 2009 season as its never too early. And big thanks are in order to Cliff Cross for his assistance in the planning of 2 Batting Cages currently in the process of being built out at Whistlestop Park. The creation of these two new batting cages will help add time to each player and coach to practice their batting. Prior to these new cages being built we only had one, which made scheduling use of the cages not easy. With the addition of 2 more it will make it so each child should have a little more time than in the past. And the cage at Bicentennial Park is also getting reviewed for an upgrade/improvement.
We are also in the process of looking for sponsors to help with the cost of these cages- with naming rights available and also recognition to the company or individual who helps out. If interested in assisting or know of a company that might be please email us at ByronTownshipLittleLeague@yahoo.com

2009 Registrations....
Registrations for the 2009 season will be approaching us before you know it. They will be occuring approximately 1/1/09 through 3/15/09.
Keep and eye out for them and join us as we once again experience the great games of Baseball and Softball.
