Mission Statement
The goal of Mid-Sound PONY Baseball League is to teach each and every one of our players the basic fundamental skills associated with the "Complete Game of Baseball." We inspire to pass onto our players our love of this "Great American Pastime." Our league is committed to the highest level of play thru the "Dedication" of the parents and players, the "Discipline" of the teams and the "Desire" to commit to excellence. We provide a clean, supportive and competitive atmosphere on well-maintained fields. Our league's coaches are trained and instructed that the kids really do come first. MSPBL has implemented one of the most comprehensive training programs in the South King County area. We expect our coaches, players, and fans to adhere to our "Code of Conduct" at all times. We are all committed volunteers who recognize the hard work that goes into building and maintaining a quality youth sports program. Our philosophy is built on the premise that we can teach more than just baseball. Through baseball we can try to help instill a sense of self-resposibility, compassion for others and sportsmanship in victory as well as defeat. Our primary goal is to develop young men that demonstrate in both actions and words that they are athletes of "Great Character" who are committed to acheiving excellence in the classroom, on the field and in the community. We look forward to seeing you in the coming season. Let's Play Ball!
