THE PENN-TRAFFORD BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION is dedicated to providing children of all skill levels a chance to participate in our fall-winter recreational program. The league is open to all children presently residing within the boundaries of the Penn-Trafford School District and currently enrolled in the 3rd through 8th grades.
