U5-U8 Summer Soccer 2008 Training Updates...
Training for the U5 thru U8 groups will take place on Tuesdays starting July 15, 2008. Training dates are 7/15,22,29 and 8/5,12,19...
U5's and U6's will play from 5pm-6pm
U7's and U8's will play from 6:15pm-7:15pm
U8 Girls League play will be on Wednesdays, at the present time we do not have enough interest in the U7's or U8 boys for league participation.
The groups will be professionally trained with some help from seasoned volunteers.
Phone calls will be made to everyone that registered on 7/7 and 7/8 after that initial contact... All updates, cancellations, reschedules will be posted on the website so please check back regularly.

Travel Registration fee has been increased to reflect LIJ and ENYYSA increases in team fees, per player fees, as well as referee fees, assignor fees, insurance and a variety of other costs.In addition, there are costs associated with on-line registration which is virtually being mandated by LIJ. Just wait til you see how much it will cost you to enter the State Cup!
At the present time there are 2 interim positions on the EISC Board of Directors that need to be filled. If you are interested in finding out more please contact Tom Cilmi via email tom@ctlmedia.com ASAP. General Elections are in December.
Update in the Girls U10 Fall 2008 division:
Dear Girls U9/U10 parents:
The Board is happy to announce that we have reinstated the Girls U10
Travel Program for the Fall 2008 season. Tryouts will be open to all
eligible players from East Islip and will continue as scheduled. Scott
Orski will be the A team coach, with B and C team coaches selected after
tryouts if necessary. If there are enough girls, we WILL find coaches.
Likewise, depending on the interest of course, there will be a girls U10
Intertown Program, with coaches to be selected at a later date.
The EISC would like to thank all those who offered their help and
constructive input during this difficult time. There is no doubt that
this process has been getting and will continue to get more and more
difficult as the years go by. The Board is actively exploring other
ways to deal with these issues moving forward. They are not simple
problems and therefore there are no simple answers. Your input is
always appreciated.

Noga Soccer will once again hold their annual
Soccer Camp in East Islip this Summer.
Dates: August 18th - 22nd

Summer 2008 and Fall 2008 Intramural Registration
Fall 2008 Intramural Registration will take place on the last 2 playing dates of the Intramural Playing season, Visit the registration table at Westbrook on 5/18 and 5/31/08.
U4's, Boys and Girls Clinic Program, 5 sessions, for children born August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005. Fee $25.00 includes a player's T'Shirt and participation award on the last day.
U5 thru U9, seperate teams for Boys and Girls, weekly practice and weekend games, Fee $50.00
U5's, Born August 1, 2003 - July 31, 2004
U6's, Born August 1, 2002 - July 31, 2003
U7's, Born August 1, 2001 - July 31, 2002
U8's, Born August 1, 2000 - July 31, 2001
U9's, Born August 1, 1999 - July 31, 2000
U10's and older are eligible to tryout for a Travel Team (see schedule under Travel News) or be placed on an Intertown Team.

EISC is on the MOVE, to Premier that is....
Way to Go EISC Girls!!!
Great News!!! Joining the ranks of Premier... In addition our very own Original Premier Team the Impact, The EISC now boasts 3 make that only 2 Premier Teams for this upcoming Spring 2008.
Congratulations to:
GU18 Impact, coached by Bill Carroll
GU18 Jaguars, coached by Carl Vacarro
GU15 Explosion, coached by Mike Chambers is no longer an EI team, they decided the EISC wasn't good enough for them.
This is a great accomplishment for the individual teams as well as the EISC. We wish them all the Best of Luck!
