Our philosophy is pretty simple, we like to have fun and work hard at the same time! Connecting with the players and helping them understand the game is what we are trying to achieve with all of our students. That approach worked really well with our team, and we are seeing the same results with many of our students!
We have recently accepted an offer to coach the Texas Fusion 18U Gold team, as well as help transform the Texas Fusion organization into a premier fastpitch softball organization over the next few years. Due to our obligation to the Texas Fusion, we are no longer offering services to help teams with our other services that we had been offering since September. We are now going to be using those ideas and tools to instill those philosophies into our new team, and throughout the Texas Fusion organization. If you would like to find out more about the new direction and future of the Texas Fusion organization or would like to find out how to become part of this wonderful opportunity please contact Slade Maloney.
Private Hitting Instruction with Coach Slade as well as Private Catching Lessons and/or Private throwing mechanic lessons are still available with Coach Steph these lessons are available to anyone that plays for any team or any organization, but availability is limited. Check with Slade or Stephanie for available times.
We would also like to say that we are still supportive of the Texas Glory organization, we consider Dan Adkins and Kevin Shelton to be friends and colleagues of ours. We simply decided that the Texas Fusion was offering us and our family a very unique opportunity that we didn't want to pass up and we are EXTREMELY excited about the future, and the opportunity to build an organization with the same philosophical approach that we used with our '91 Texas Elite team.

Photo's for Hitters
This is a great example of many of the elements that I am trying to teach to my hitters. While this is obviously a "Rotational" hitter from the University of Michigan, and I would not consider this style to be a pure rotational swing. I am trying to teach and instil many of these components especially as it relats to the lower body. I would like for my students to use this as a point of reference whenever they need to.
