Welcome to the 2008 Midwest Alliance Travel Baseball League (MATBL) website!
The Midwest Alliance Travel Baseball League (MATBL) was created in Southeast Michigan to allow players the opportunity to learn the fundamentals, while developing their skills to help become competitive baseball players prior to their high school years. The philosophy is to assist in teaching the skills to be a competitive player, while learning the skills of good sportsmanship, understanding and respecting the rules, and representing each teams cities with class, both on and off the field. It is the mission of the MATBL to promote youth baseball as a game to be enjoyed and watched by players, families and friends, regardless of victories or losses.
