In the end the 2007 District 2 All Star Tournament was a great stage for our Little Leaguers to show off there talent. Our Minor League Girls and Boys ( 9-10) both had a top 5 finish "WAY TO GO" everyone. In the Major Girls Division Sutter Area took a well earned 2nd PLACE "WOW" you girls (Ladies) sure made it an exciting tournament. In the Major Boys divisions both our 11 year old and 12 year old teams went through the District undefeated "EXCEPTIONAL JOB" boys we now have two new flags to hang in the outfield.
With such a great showing of skill, sportsmanship and support from our players, coaches and fans it is no wonder Sutter Area is the talk of District 2 right now. Keep those heads held high everyone you've earned it!
Can't wait to see what happens during the 2008 season, See you in the spring!!!
