The Virginia Cowboys are about the community and as part of that commitment players starting from left rear to the front: John Pettis, Phil Ford, Andre McKnight, Maurice Thorne along with Cowboys CEO Reginald Shipp and Chairman of the Board James Brown attended the Annual Gregory B. Davis Foundations Valentines Weekend Gala in Roanoke Rapids. Also along with being a part of this event your Cowboys addressed a group of wonderful young people at the 4th Annual Youth Leadership Summit held at Virginia State University. It was a very eye opening day as we learned a lot about them as well as ourselves as leaders.
It's 2008 and your Cowboys are currently looking for sponsors as well as accepting donations to help support and maintain the organization. Through your contributions we are able to touch lives all over the Tri-Cities Area. Let's see where your companies Star will shine the brightest. The Cowboys would like to Congratulate several of it's players from the 2007 team that have received contracts to play professional football for the 2008 season. In our 1st year as a team the Va. Cowboys has produces more players to move on to the next level than any team in the Tri-Cities area.
